Stopped in during my trip home from the Arlington Fly-In and spent one more night in the Seattle area. Parked my 2 seat experimental in a grass transient space that was very well groomed and paid a $5 overnight fee. Gas was cheaper than PAE ($5.76 instead of $5.95) and the service was nice and the FBO was very clean. I had a friend come pick me up and drop me off in the morning for departure. Overall a nice overnight. - be aware of and look out for the sky divers though.

The Buzz Inn is a great place to eat, great food and great service. I wish I can say the same about the flight school. Price of the airplane and for the CFI is way too high. $172 an hour for a 1959 Apache that's always down for maintenace? Please do yourself a favor and go to PAE and get yourself a Seminole for about $10 an hour more. I was able to rent a Seminole from PAE with only 20 hrs of Multi where Harvey said I have to have 60+ for insurance reasons. I bought a few things at the flight school recently. $.50 charge on my debit card or 3% fee for using my credit card. They are just trying to get every penny possible.
