Bohlke is friendly and courteous and thoroughly knowledgeable of the uniqueness of St Croix. Although, the prices are not the best, the service is and superior service is not free. The island government and not the FBO impose most of the fees. Pre-clearing through customs is made simple by the staff and you can now go anywhere. Enjoy the island and the quaintness of St Croix. I have.

Stopped in for a couple of days before new years, fuel is very expensive compared to the big island, tiedown is steep as well, at $20/night. Not waived with fuel purchase, and $10 for landing, for two nights a total of $50 plus fuel with nothing waived. Rental cars are expensive as well and remember to drive on the left side with normal drivers sidecars. Oh and remember that the no customs thing is only coming from Puerto Rico, going back is full court press customs back in Puerto Rico. The town and island in general are very nice, some excellent restaurants in town and a couple of comfortable Inns throughout the island we stayed at Greenleaf while expensive was well worth the price and Bacchus restaurant in town has excellent food too. Just be aware of all the fees to get here and you'll have no surprises but a good time. Enjoy
