Stopped for fuel on Mar 22, 2023. By the time I was out of the plane two fellows were at the pump pulling the grounding wire and fuel hose and ladder. So, well it is advertised as "self serve" fuel, it was actually mostly done for me. Very friendly and helpful. The FBO has easy chairs. Nice restrooms. A nicely stocked refrigerator with snacks. And is accessible 24 hours, so this would be a good place to sleep through a dark and stormy night. And, it had great fuel prices. Fellow that runs it is a former airline pilot. On the surface this is a very modest airport, but it has everything I could want. A highly recommended stop.
