Line service was excellent, helpful and friendly (Bernie was great), with rental car brought plane-side. CSRs were professional and nice. Facilities, while clean and nice appearing, lacked common things typical of the high fees FBOs, like cookies, snacks, good coffee machine (odd packet machine made pretty sad drinks). Fees billed matched what was posted on Atlantic site.

Typical Atlantic - LOTS of fees and high prices. But they do a good job. All instructions were followed correctly and there are plenty of line folks to help you park and move your bags. Golf cart to the terminal. The building itself was sparkling clean. The CSR was very nice and helpful. If you are willing to swallow the high prices it' a very nice place.
