I enthusiastically recommend Beacon Air Group in Billings Montana as a must for pilots passing that way. I had to divert to Billings during my return trip from Oshkosh due to smoke and thunder buildups enroute to Helena, MT, our last stop for the day before heading to Eastern Oregon. They held my 182 in their ramp area for three weeks before I was able to get back to Billings and fly the airplane home. On two separate occasions Catalina called to ask if they could put my plane in their hangar because a big storm was rolling through. Everyone I met and spoke with exemplified great customer service, as it should be. So, if you're in their airspace and need to stretch your legs and get some fuel, you'd have a hard time finding their equal.

I was hesitant to try a new FBO, as I have flown for numerous companies in countless aircraft into KBIL over the years, but I was NOT disappointed! Beacon Air Group had the most amazing service I have ever been given throughout my entire career. Although new and still growing, this facility is the nicest I've seen and the service is through the roof -- along with prices that can't seem to be beat no matter where I go. This FBO had me parked, fueled, unloaded, and in my rental car before I could even blink. The line manager, Shelton, was a great conversation and had finished servicing in 9.5 minutes in our regional jet (we timed it!) The front desk CSR, Alayna, was the greatest CSR I have met! Very nice, accommodating, and didn't leave any stone unturned -- any and everything I needed (even if I didn' know I needed it!) was done quick and efficiently. This FBO I HIGHLY recommend, never hurts to try somewhere new, They will never disappoint you. Will be returning and recommending to all.

This is a great FBO. I *might* be biased, as I chose to board here, but I see them treat everyone very well, and I have no personal financial interest. It's a newer business, but founded by an experienced aviation business-builder who knows the region and the business well... He sets the bar high in terms of a service orientation and love of aviation. All the people are sharp (many are aviation professionals and pilot students, not just punching a clock). The atmosphere is cheerful, welcoming of all, and always helpful. Services are reliable and my plane is well cared-for. Flexibility, advice, services, and prices all excellent. The facility is brand-new and very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. They also are providing space for local instruction, an AME, transition programs (e.g. TBM) and a well-regarded local mechanic works in one of their hangars. They also just started charter services, which I am thinking will be a good option if you are in the market.
