I had called ahead to check on ground transportation availability for a meeting I had in Westlake Village. The desk happily offered me a car to use for a few hours. But when I arrived in a piston single, the keys for the car were at the front desk but the car was no longer available. I got the feeling that the car might have been available if I was buying Jet-A. I got an Uber, made it to my meeting and it worked out. I had used Air 7 a couple times before in a 172 years ago and they treated us great. When getting ready to depart, they billed me a hefty handling fee as they thought a Cessna 182 was a larger turbo prop. I noticed the error and they re-rang the bill but this time charged a handling fee for a multi piston. I didn't notice the error the second time and left. When getting ready to start up the plane, a lineman came out and let us know the desk had made another error and they removed the handling fee and would only be charged for the fuel.

This is our second or third visit; each staff member we talked with on the phone was very helpful in setting up the arrival of our flight and cars, even when we had to make last-minute changes! Inside and outside the staff are very friendly and helpful and professional. All the things that you prefer on the road. Interior is well kept and clean very inviting. Thanks for the kindness and energy!

Taylor was so nice, met us planeside to greet passengers with refreshments. Also took care of coordinating our rental cars (with multiple changes). All of the workers I encountered were very helpful, friendly, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. Hard to find these days! Overall fantastic experience. Will definitely come back!

Phenomenal business! The desk staff is second to none! Sam, Taylor, Aldridge Josh Nico and staff are all amazing. Cookies, water, lounge, bathrooms are 5/5. Seriously, no better place to get gas and turn from than Air-7. Highly recommended! -Rebel

Air 7 is one of the best FBO's I have been to in Southern California. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Aldridge at the front is amazing, and Nico on the line is great. They also have the best cookies around
