Nice folks, good and prompt line service for transient 210, we've been happy in prior years and that continues with today's trip (2-night stay). Car brought out to a/c, help with bags, fair pricing. Good top off, not often done with 210s, easy to under fuel by 10 gal. Or more.... They squeezed it full, and I appreciate that!

As stated in the previous comment beware of high fees. They are posted on the city website in the City of Monroe Fee Schedule.

It looks to have become a fee trap. High priced fuel and facility fees that are egregious to transients. Twin turboprop facility fee is $350. Parking overnight is another $80. However, a tiedown for the same twin turboprop is only charged $199 for the whole month. Luckily there are other options available. Sad to see, looks like a nice place otherwise. The fees can be found on their website if you really search for it. The info on Garmin pilot is incorrect as of today.

I understand city has passed a $50 landing fee if you are on the ground more than 30 mins. Better check when it is effective.
