Colonial has taken good care of me over the years. Archie B. Is as good as they come--I followed him from Sandpiper--all the little things run right on the ramp when he's around. Nice folks.

The attitude was of the customer is doing them a favor by doing business with them with surly employees at the desk. Matt is the exception. They will nickel and dime you when you rent their 172 by adding extra charges but they can't clean up the airplane and repair the upholstery. Reminds me of a freight company I used to fly for. Put the least amount of money into your equipment but charge a premium
