APEX Executive Jet Center provided some of the best service I have ever received at an FBO. We flew in unannounced and asked for a crew car. We were notified that one was not available at that time. By the time we walked into the FBO building the front desk attendant, Justin Skaggs, already had a shuttle van called and on its way. While giving him my fuel order he asked where we were going and told the driver our destination. Before we could even finish out complimentary drinks, the driver was already there ready to drive us to our designation. The Lobby was extremely clean, modern, and welcoming. The bathrooms were spotless. Upon return that was later than planned, and with the FBO already closed, they had filled our tanks, left a hand written thank you note, with a Starbucks gift card. I have been a professional pilot for over a decade with extensive experience at FBO's that have lavish lobbies and big facilities. This FBO has superior service and is a #1 Choice.
