Goods: The line and desk crew were outstanding. Very friendly. The facility was nice. Bads: Unadvertised fees. I came in for a weekend stay. Upon arriving, I fueled myself, parked myself and did not need any of their services, yet was charged a $40/day tie-down fee. This fee is not published AirNav.Com, or their company website. I understand that an FBO has to pay the bills, but fees should be reasonable for services rendered and the fee structure should be posted so that pilots can make educated decisions.

I've been flying to KGPH for 15+ years. The county, efficiently with low fuel prices, had always operated airport and fuel concession but now it's got an FBO. The FBO is now entitled to charge ramp and parking fees that never existed before. Fuel prices went up too. I never walked in their door, I bought self-service fuel, tied down myself and used no services and they CAME OUT TO THE AIRCRAFT TO COLLECT $20 ramp fee. Beware. Just because they can doesn't mean they should. I can go to MKC downtown for no charge and they have self-service fuel too. There are better choices in the area. If you're buying Jet A the story may be different. Didn't care for the experience or any of the changes that APEX Jet Center has brought.

Came here yesterday to refuel Eclipse 500. Super nice and efficient staff, clean facilities and part of CAA network.

GPH Apex Executive Jet Center in Clay County aka Mosby is a great location. The FBO now has a Avgas truck to save time at the pumps. Great service and the entire staff was super helpful and professional. Great place for flight training and cross country's flights cold drinks and good snacks.
