Lux Air is great, plan to wait 20 minutes to depart, last two visits the tower clearly gives way to all the training aircraft on the field and you just sit and sweat. Buy fuel elsewhere, but rental cars are very reasonable and convenient.

We are a small business that teaches aviation classes to kiddos of all abilities and we wanted to thank Lux Air for their amazing hospitality! They allowed us to use a conference room for our class and we're so accommodating. Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. They even allowed us to have our plane in the hangar for a couple hours because some of our students are special needs and have significant health concerns. The students loved being there and seeing the FBO. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to come back sometime! Thank you again for supporting us and helping us show the next generation what aviation is all about!

Lux Air Jet Centers under Managing Partner, Tim Berger, have a great operation. From desk personnel to ramp staff everyone is on their game. We just held the Skykids event there with over 30 volunteer aircraft/pilots and Lux Air staff did not miss a beat. Very thankful for their generous support and great service.

The owners care about our community. They've graciously hosted charitable events here (SkyKidsAZ.Org) dedicating significant resources & assets while hosting (their hangar & line services) & providing a wonderful environment in which disadvantaged or disabled children can experience the joys of flight. Thank you Tim & all the staff at Lux for being such gracious and generous supporters of the Phoenix / Goodyear communities.

As a single engine aircraft owner, I was very impressed with the service provided on our recent visit to Phoenix Goodyear Airport. They arranged for us to have a rental car and pull it up to the aircraft right after shut down. The line crew greeted us and provided fuel on the spot. The office staff was very courteous and professional. Had all of our paperwork ready for us to review. Overall one of the most pleasant experiences we have received at any airport. I will come back again and use their services.

Had to divert inflight due to a severe thunderstorm at DVT & PHX. Jim & the PM crew took excellent care of my bird and our passengers, making room and pulling our Pilatus into a hangar seconds before a dust storm enveloped the airport. Always a pleasure doing business with Lux Air, whether planned ahead or last minute.

Easy to find parking, friendly line attendants at every hour of the day, very pretty interior building very clean and well lit, multiple places to sit and take a break, everyone is helpful particularly Kimberly she is phenomenal, the hot sauce is hot and makes a fun gift

Flew into KGYR for a meeting. No real need for FBO service other than a few peripheral items. Front desk staff was cordial. Lounge area was impressive. Will recommend FBO to fellow aviators.
