Super professional, attentive and friendly team at HJC. Stopped in for a couple hours. Easy parking right up front. Car service was standing by and PAX was on way without skipping a beat. Went to Mickey's Oceanic Grill for a quick bite, ah-mazing swordfish sandwich and clam chowder.

Tower and ground controllers were super helpful on the way in. Clear and professional. Kudos! Today was one of our first outings as we expand our distance from home airports. Wife, daughter and I stopped by in a small aircraft today. Service was great all around. Easy in and out. Folks at Jet Center were very friendly. A+

Parking was painless and straightforward. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Fuel prices were about average. Parking fee is waived with a fuel purchase.

Called today to inquire about prices and fees for a brief stay. Was told the ramp fee is waived with appropriate avgas purchase, but landing fee cannot be waived. FAA AFD says landing fee is for "business, corporate and revenue producing aircraft" (and I've never paid a landing fee here in 15 years), so I called the airport manager for clarification. Airport Mgr advised that personal flights do not incur a landing fee, and then called me back a half hour later to advise that he had clarified the airport policy with the guy at HJC. That was above & beyond. The folks at HJC are generally really nice and helpful (been coming here for 15 years). Prices are never cheap, but they're not outrageous for New England, and the service is good. It's always nice to catch up with Judith and Mandy; they're just super friendly and helpful.

I see some negative experiences here with HJC but I have to say mine was exceptional. I flew into HFD on Sunday with two rescue dogs that began their journey in Memphis, TN. Upon arrival the line crew met me on the ramp with a red carpet (I'm in a single engine Cessna 206, not a jet). The owner, Lindsay came out and greeted the dogs and me. He was obviously a dog lover. We were invited into the FBO and he and my passenger sat on a couch in the FBO with the dogs on their laps while my aircraft was being fueled. When it was time to leave, I went up to the counter to pay my bill, hoping for a discount on my fuel bill. Lindsay told me it was all set. No ramp fee, no charge for the fuel. I have flown many Angel Flights and many Pilot N Paws flights, but this was a first! Thank you for generosity and excellent service.
