I flew in on 04/26/22 to drop off a passenger. I was charged a $20.00 facility even though I was only parked for about 2 hours. I returned on 04/29/22 to pick up the same passenger and only walked in to help carry baggage but was again charged a $20.00 facility fee. I asked at the desk about being charged since I was leaving in 5 minutes and the clerk told me it was to pay for "services like using their air conditioned air." Then, we proceeded to walk quite a ways back to the aircraft carrying luggage even though there were 4 employees standing around doing nothing right next to the golf carts used for transported passengers. So much for the "services" they provide for $20.00. They are the only FBO at KIWA so in the future, I will land at Chandler or Falcon Field.
