We visit Francis Aviation regularly on our trips between east Texas and Southern California. The service is always excellent. On our most recent overnight stop, CSR Alex made an Enterprise car reservation and drove it out to us on the ramp. Shane was very prompt and professional fueling our C182 and towing to their hangar. Our plane was ready for departure and Alex was friendly and very helpful during our departure.

Quick and friendly service. Crew car was available for a breakfast trip to town. 100LL reasonably priced. Highly recommended stop/destination

Ran into a safety of flight issue a long way from home and the staff made sure that the airplane and us were safe. While I realize you have a choice of providers on the field Justin and the staff got us in touch with maintenance personnel and ensured that we had what we needed in our time of need. I'll never forget how your team stepped up and went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful!

Line crew and office staff great. Decided to stay overnight given record temperatures. Used the crew car to go to town about 10 min away and get a room and return next morning. Have been through LRU several times and always a good stop for fuel. Easy in and out with not too much traffic from local flight school. There is a BBQ restaurant on field, but did not try it.
