I still work as a fuel guy, so as a pilot I always show the fuel guy’s respect. I called as a pilot for fuel, they asked "how soon do you need it" I replied "now" then they said, " I have 2 in front of you". So yeah, I have to wait 20 minutes. The jets in front of me are single point. After 45 minutes I call again wondering what's going on. I'm told "you are going to have to wait a plane came in and we need to fuel them, I am the only guy fueling and I said you have to wait." Just rude. It wasn't an emergency plane. I will try my best to never go there.
