Recently AOG with a bad mag. Eric took all my calls on a holiday, and arranged for work on my plane to begin the next morning. I arrived at 7:00 am, and Eric, Thomas, and the rest of the team were busy working on my problem. Problem solved, and airborne by 9:00 am. Couldn't believe they would do all this for someone they don't even know. Many thanks to all for making the best possible outcome to a bad situation!
