One of the most unprofessional FBO's I have ever been to in my 40+ years of flying. Asked several people to have the upper management call me in reference to our visit and haven't heard a word. Even got told to F.O by a so-called line boy-which by the way was the same guy that almost ran over a Navy Pilot walking on the ramp to his aircraft Super service from the CSR lady working the night we arrived but next morning, nothing but a goat rope.

The newer facilities at MGM are comfortable, clean and very handy to the main terminal (for food and cars). I came in in a small single and the team promptly handled all of our needs well. Thanks Stephanie! You guys rock. A little help with the fuel prices would be nice, but I will be back.

Recently had the opportunity to experience their hospitality, and it was a seamless experience. Called a couple of day’s ahead, rental car all arranged, very easy. Had an AOG problem, and they were very helpful getting me in touch with someone who could help. We'll be stopping there again.
