We had a great experience at Jackson. I contacted Paul prior as we were going to be there on a weekend when the airport is not attended. Paul told us the loaner car should be available, and that the new runway was open. RNAV/LPV approaches on 14 and 32 with good minimums. Self-service 100LL. Very quiet place but it was IFR when we arrived. The town has several places to eat and is just an awesome small town. They have a GCO on 121.725 for Center and Flight Service. I was not able to get it to work, but I was unsure about the number of clicks. I saw in the Pilot Room later a sheet with instructions. If you plan on flying in IFR then ask details as it keeps you from having to call Center on the phone.
