Would not recommend this location! I am a charter jet pilot. Recently we had a 5am departure scheduled. The previous afternoon we called to place our fuel order, request GPU, ice, coffee, papers, and to be "on-line" by 4am. We had a VIP passenger. When we arrived at 3:30am to prepare for the flight there was no one at the counter, and the line guy seemed very new and unaware. The plane was NOT in position, there was no GPU, but at least we had been fueled the previous evening. The line guy also seemed like he was in training to tow the aircraft because he didn't know how too. This caused us about a 20 minute delay due to OPF Signature not fulfilling our request. A few months ago the exact same thing happened to us with another VIP passenger, the plane was not ready. This location has sorry customer service and seems to be completely incompetent. There is no excuse for this and it is quite frankly unacceptable.

When their fuel truck is broken down, which is very often, you have to use Atlantic. 100UL is very expensive at OPF
