I have not landed at KORH in several months. The last time I was there it was Rectrix and the staff and facilities were excellent. However now that it is owned by Atlantic I will be going elsewhere as they have what I feel is an excessive facility fee for a small aircraft. ORH decades ago was a super friendly GA airport and now they seem to only want the "big guys" I will say when I called that the person answering the phone was very friendly. I could waive the fee with a purchase of fuel, but it's just not cost effective.

Atlantic Aviation acquired the FBO in the fall of 2023. They are a very nice and hospitable FBO. They also have two courtesy crew cars available that they offered me when I arrived without me having to ask. They also have free coffee, snacks and soft drinks. The previous FBOs (Rectrix & Ross) didn't charge a fee if you were there for less than 2 hours. Atlantic now charges a facility fee based on a tailored schedule they have on their website. In my view, the fees are worth it and can be waived with a fuel purchase, again the amount of fuel you need to buy depends on your plane.
