Thanks for a good extended stay with my Husky. The line crew was great, all three out with a warm welcome and ready to help offload all of my camping gear. Ramp and one night fees waived with fuel purchase, including self-serve - save your receipt. Embry-Riddle traffic rules KPRC - be ready for a busy traffic pattern and waits for taxi.

Flew in here 10/1/23. Staff polite and friendly. Gave me a crew car. Was parked for 3 hours before I left. Several hours after I got home Cutter staff called requesting payment info to pay the $20 ramp fee they never mentioned while I was there or anywhere on their website. I was pissed & refused the request. I left a bad review that I took down after I spoke with Kelly from Cutter. She explained there was a misunderstanding with the weekend line staff about announcing the fee and collecting it and that it IS their policy to be transparent about prices and fees. She would request corporate to add the fee to the website and she would make the notation on AirNav. Cutter has the ONLY transient parking at PRC so it's a captive audience. The fee is waived with 10 gal fuel purchase even at the SS pump on the north side of the field. Overall I am now satisfied with my experience. I am hoping she follows thru on her promise to make fees more transparent.

Greeted with a warm friendly smile from Justin, which is a very nice surprise, on top of that he gave me a handshake looked me in the eyes and asked what he could do for me. Typically I'm greeted at other FBOs with a halfhearted "what do ya need." I've been working for almost 12 hours and had a tricky patient transport that left me and my crew pretty drained and Justin’s positive energy totally changed the direction of our morning. Thank you

Emailed a few days before and they indicated how to contact them. Tower helped us find them and they were ready when we arrived. Fueled up, ate and flew on. Nice facility too.

Excellent service. They apparently just bought this facility, which isn't up to their normal standards regarding the facility. But the staff is 100% Cutter! Very friendly. Got a crew car for lunch and a great recommendation for quick, good food; the Manzanita grill at local golf course. Would definitely use again.
