Flew to Portland for dinner with family. Got a crew car from Northeast Air. Saw that there was a snow squall heading towards PWM. Asked the line guys to hangar the plane if it started to snow, so I would be able to depart (without deicing) after dinner. They called me to confirm it started snowing, I confirmed I would like the plane in the hangar. Upon my return the line crew helped me wipe off the trace snow (that had melted and turned to water in the heated hangar) and then pulled me out and sent me on my way. They did all of this with a smile. Great helpful attitude and great communication by all. I've been coming to Northeast Air for several decades. It is the best FBO in Portland. It's their people who will go the extra mile that make the difference.
