Yeah, yeah, I know the gas is expensive, but I didn't have to pump it and I was in a hurry to get back into the air. These people gave me everything that I wanted. The young lady stayed late to accommodate me, and she said customers were the only reason that she had a job. How right she is, and how nice that she takes good care of the customers.

Stopped yesterday in our King Air for a quick turn. Called 20 minutes out and we were met with two fuel trucks that took care of us immediately. Great, friendly service with CAA pricing.

Even though we are not big iron, the line guys and customer service staff took great care of us in our Saratoga, efficiently taking care of fuel and getting us put away in our hangar.

Had a quick turn during a Pilots & Paws flight from Dallas. Upon arrival no one was on the ramp. Offloaded the four legged passengers and was finally greeted. Requested full fuel. Upon entering the FBO was not offered water or other amenities. Only request was to pay for the fuel. Which included a $15 security fee. Needless to say a 20 minute turn and full fuel should have been enough to waive. Nothing like Jeff Zimmerman and the Million Air experience at KADS. Will not be back.

Great stopover with our mega CJ525, wonderful front desk staff recommended Annie Gunn’s Restaurant for quick lunch as jet was being serviced. Loaned us crew car and had a great lunch, highly recommend Million Air and their professional staff!!!
