Had a quick turn during a Pilots & Paws flight from Dallas. Upon arrival no one was on the ramp. Offloaded the four legged passengers and was finally greeted. Requested full fuel. Upon entering the FBO was not offered water or other amenities. Only request was to pay for the fuel. Which included a $15 security fee. Needless to say a 20 minute turn and full fuel should have been enough to waive. Nothing like Jeff Zimmerman and the Million Air experience at KADS. Will not be back.

Great stopover with our mega CJ525, wonderful front desk staff recommended Annie Gunnís Restaurant for quick lunch as jet was being serviced. Loaned us crew car and had a great lunch, highly recommend Million Air and their professional staff!!!

My wife and I flew in the weekend airshow. I was told over the phone that there was a $30 ramp fee, and confirmed that was the only fee. I was also told that would be waived with any amount of fuel purchased, with no minimum. I told the line agent to put $30 worth of fuel in, as that's about all it would hold anyway. When we went to leave, I was told there was a minimum fuel purchase of 10 gallons, so they didn't fuel it, and I was told I owe $45 with the $15 handling fee and $30 ramp fee. The desk agent was not the least bit concerned that I was told something quite different, and was not very friendly. I would have thought if anything that the only ramp on the field open for the airshow would encourage pilots to fly in with reasonable fees, rather than mislead and over charge.

Stopped in for a brief overnight to take the kids to Grant's farm and the Arch prior to school starting back. Rental car was arranged by the staff prior to arrival and was waiting at the plane when we parked. We jumped in and off we went. Fees were reasonable. $15 security + $20 ramp (I didn't need fuel). Really nice FBO with coffee / water / snacks if you need anything. I admit the name "Million Air" kind of scared me as a lowly PA32 driver. I soon realized it was referring to their level of service rather than a requirement for the airmen:) Will return again!

Great service and awesome attitudes from everyone we encountered at Million Air SUS. The line guys had our rental car ready when we landed, and offered to help load our bags. The CSRs were polite and super-helpful. The facility was spotless and very comfortable.

First-time to KSUS and Millionair, stopped for fuel and Millionair did a great job. CAA-discounted fuel made the decision on where to stop and Millionair did not disappoint.
From Jim O'Day on 06-Jan-2018

Stopped for a quick turn. Line crew was all over it and the CSR had the transaction ready in a flash. Really easy in and out from Million and SUS.
