Great teamwork by John and Tyler getting me to my meeting today. AVFLIGHT TVC is one of my favorite stops.

Ramp is under construction, so we parked far away. After we tied down the plane, a line attendant showed up in a golf cart asking if we needed fuel and then she drove away (we had to carry our bags around another building to get outside and to their facility)! On departure it took more than 15 minutes for the guy behind the counter to figure out how to charge us the overnight fee. The same GenZ girl of the day before was supposed to give us a ride to the plane but she claimed all the carts are out, but that she could unlock the gate for us. I had to tell her to go get a cart (she was back in 2 minutes with a cart!) Clearly, she was more interested in staying inside watching her TikTok. Also, the tiedown ropes are frayed and rotting.

Fuel prices are a little high even for the self serve. Great place to bike ride. Lots of paved trails all over the area.

Went up to TVC for a few days. Marshalled into a tiedown spot, rental car brought to the plane. By the time I put my luggage in the car, the crew had me securely tied down. Fees were quite reasonable and everyone was friendly. Great stop or destination

We were there less than 24-hour and were charged 2 security fees. Another nickel and dime gimmick.
