Wonderful experience with Jet Access. We made last minute decision to go visit Nashville and Jet Access arranged a car for us. We stayed at the local Hilton Garden Inn and had a great evening in downtown Nashville. Fuel was priced in line with what I am paying elsewhere and the staff made every effort to make this a great experience. Not super fancy but way cheaper and nicer than the expensive big airport places.

I have reviewed the FBO at Gallatin (KXNX) before but the reviews get dropped off as the business changes names every few years. In the past my reviews were all 5 star. This is no longer a 5 star experience. The line personnel and desk personnel in the FBO are still 5 star. The airport management and City have decided to increase all the fees and add new fees in an attempt to run off the GA pilots in lieu of corporate aviation. After the new CORPORATE hangars were built they added a Facility Fee, the over night parking fee is now $25.50 and they have added a CC Processing Fee to your bill. Their 100LL fuel is advertised at $6.49 but they are charging $6.99/gal. I have been flying to Gallatin for years, long before it was called Music City Executive or KXNX. This was my last trip to Gallatin and I will now be flying into Lebanon instead.

This FBO charged $25 for a one-night tiedown fee. This is an excessive amount IMO.

Couldn't ask for a better FBO experience. Staff was amazing. Prompt fuel service. Very accommodating when plans changed due to weather. Highly recommended.
