Pulled up today for fuel while traveling cross-country. Gemco personnel came right out to what appeared to me to be self-service pumps and began fueling my Bonanza. Without prompting, was offered a crew car to go into town for lunch. Once fueled, my plane was repositioned to enable me to exit the ramp easily. In all, a fantastic, customer-centered experience. Will definitely stop here again. (My apologies to the Archer pilot who got stuck behind me on at the RWY 28 threshold while I waited for my IFR release)
