Had a great experience with Shelly and her husband who manage the airport and run the shop on the field. Their courtesy car was in the shop so they lent me their personal car for four different trips over 2 days. I recommend a stop in Creswell when your headed to Eugene or just passing through.

More small airports should be like Creswell. The airport manager, the maintenance shop, the flight school and the airport cat all make you feel welcome. I came for CFII training and the shop fixed my flat tire for me. A local pilot volunteered to fly to Grants Pass to pick up a new tire at Chief Aircraft. Shelley, the airport manager helped me with accommodations and even gave me batteries for my CD player on a previous visit!
