Jet Center? How about no Service Center! I waited 25 minutes for someone to come into the office to take my fuel order and pick up my Hertz car rental. I was surprised that Hertz did not deliver my rental car even after I called Hertz car rental 2 days before they said they would have a car delivered to the Jet Center. I informed Hertz that one of my PAX is my girlfriend's 96 YEAR OLD MOTHER.I asked an employee of the Jet Center if he could give me a ride to Enterprise Car Rental and his response was "I CAN'T" So I left my girlfriend's 96 year old mother in the terminal and took Uber to Enterprise Car. Enterprise car rental let me drop off their car at the Jet Center. 3 days later I returned the Enterprise car to the Jet Center and again I had to wait 20 minutes for an employee to take my rental car keys. On my pre flight I looked in my gas tanks and noticed that it was 4 inches short of being topped off. I will never do business with the "Jet Center" again and neither should you.
