We landed at ABQ after a 9-hour day of flying our Piper Aztec from Daytona Beach. We were worn out and Atlantic was very accommodating. The line personnel met us at the airplane, loaded our bags while the CSR found us a hotel room. We were very impressed at how friendly and nice everyone was. I know you may be able to avoid a few of the charges else where, but it was worth it to us to have such good service. I would recommend Atlantic when in the ABQ area.

Atlantic has an excellent facility and very helpful staff, BUT beware: They now charge a $40 facility charge for any use of their ramp or hangar (even if you just walk through), PLUS a $12 security fee, plus overnight tiedown (mine was $20 for a Piper Lance). So it was $75 just to park overnight, and I am a local customer at one of their other locations! There are other places to go without getting robbed even if it is with a pleasant smile.

I stopped here for an overnight on a XC ferry in a helicopter. The line guys were fantastic and the CSRs were very helpful. They drove us to our hotel and even recommenced some outstanding NM-style restaurants! I'll definitely stop here again.

I'm based a KABQ and a big fan of Atlantic. The Atlantic folks really go out of their way for transient pilots and they have a nice FBO.

They are the friendliest line people I have met in 30 years of flying. They met us at the plane, took us to the hotel, did some minor maintenance, and picked us up. I have seen a lot of FBOs but this one is tops.

Wonderful, caring staff and bent over backwards to assist us. We were traveling with our disabled father and the folks at Atlantic took care of our every need from landing to take off. Excellent service and top notch FBO.

The Atlantic FBO is very nice. Line people very helpful. Front desk people also very nice. The problem with this airport is that they charge $20 per night for a single engine plane and then a hidden fee (as this is not mentioned when they tell you about the $20/night fee) of ~ 14 dollars per night when tax is figured in for the security cameras at the airport. The FBO is apologetic and states this is not their charge but an airport city charge. So it comes to about $34/night for a single engine plane. Additionally, there is a large difference in cost between renting a car at the FBO and just having a nice line person give you a lift down the street to the rental car agencies. The difference at Enterprise amounted to over $100 for me to rent a car for 3 days. The line people (Cinthia) was very nice and checked with Enterprise that it was OK to leave the car at the FBO even though you have to pick it up down the street (about <1 mile from the FBO).
