We chose Smiling Aviation based on the low fuel prices and previous positive comments on AirNav - all of which proved true. We arrived, fueled and then were offered a courtesy car to grab some lunch. Speaking with Mark, Smiling's goal is to always have the lowest fuel prices in the area. Their location, in addition to the numerous improvements underway, make them an ideal stop for those who want to experience a gem of an airport (not to mention a beautiful part of the country)

We did a fuel stop around lunchtime, asked if they were interested in getting lunch and we would buy. Low and behold they said they had a courtesy car we could use to go into town. Not only do they have the least expensive fuel price around, wouldn't take my lunch offer, but a car for our us to boot. I would love to do business again. Thanks Cheryl, you are a peach!

Mark at Smiling has been maintaining my Bonanza for 8 years; excellent work, fair pricing, friendly service. He moved his operation from Montrose to Delta due to the frustration of trying to deal with the county operated/ non-operated airport in Montrose.
