I use the Million Air of Albany twice a month sometimes more; Jane and Wally are always happy and willing to help. The ramp fee is waved with a fuel purchase of 10 gallons or more. I would recommend this FBO to everyone.

Went to ALB to pick up a friend who was wheel chair bound. The line staff at Million Air especially Gerry went out of their way to assist in getting our passenger form the wheel chair into the cabin of the 414. I've never dealt with a more helpful crew than the ones at Million Air Albany. Many thanks

If they make them better and nicer than Jane and Wally at Million Air/Albany, we haven't met 'em, then! Diverted to KALB from Waterville, Maine, due to wx. Million Air took care of EVERY need, including giving us a ride into town for lunch. Awesome place.

Stopped at Million Air May 2008 by accident after asking ground control for the general aviation ramp. After parking and speaking to the desk clerk I realized that I was at the wrong place... They still had me pay the $20.00! Came out to be a dollar a minute and you thought JFK was expensive at least the first hours free!!!

From Matt Shifrin on 23-Apr-2008
Excellent first-rate service for a very reasonable price. The facilities and people are outstanding (check out the cinema room after your flight). I was given a 2008 5 series BMW as a loaner and was told to keep it for three hours. Not often I get to drive a car worth more then my aircraft. Ramp fee of 18 dollars was waived with 10 gallons of fuel at a good price. Looking forward to a return trip.

Good FBO, brought a truck up to Pro Air to fuel my Alarus before I went up. Always remember, double check the fuel caps after somebody else fuels it, that's all I'm saying.

What a welcome change from the old Signature "service." All the staff, from the line to the desk, is very good. The facility is beautiful, and big surprise, the prices are reasonable. I paid $4.99/gallon (tax included) for avgas on 3/13/08, a full dollar a gallon cheaper than what I paid in Buffalo at Prior when I started the day. The $20 ramp fee is waived with 10 gallons of fuel. I live 50 miles north and when I fly commercially I leave from Albany. The $10 parking fee for my plane is cheaper than driving there and parking in the lot! Nice job, Millionaire.

Million Air at ALB is a very good FBO. When I arrive in my Skyhawk, they give me the same level of attention and service, which you'd expect them to save for the bigger customers. Fuel is reasonable, wasn't charged a ramp fee with a 20-gallon purchase. They even put my plane in the hangar when the winds started blowing.

From John Corbett on 18-Feb-2008
Nice, large, modern facility with free coffee and freshly baked cookies. Plenty of amenities for pilots. The $20 landing fee is waved with 8 gallons of 100LL. However the lovely lady at the counter allowed me to go with my tanks only taking on 5 gallons. I will definitely stop there again.

From Andy Eichelberger on 20-Jan-2008
Ramp fee was $20 for a Cessna 182 without fuel purchase.

From Henry Neimark on 30-Oct-2007
These folks are a class act. They treat the occasional single engine GA pilot with the same courtesy and attention that they give to the high rollers.

From Fred Stadler on 10-Oct-2007
Had great service at Million Air. Beautiful facility, prompt and courteous attention, reasonable prices ($10 overnight for a twin, waived with fuel purchase), easy Hertz rental. Very nice place to stop!

From Jim Minetti on 09-Oct-2007
Got diverted to KALB de to weather. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hertz 800 number couldn't arrange a one-way car rental to BTV but Alisha at the front desk managed it for me locally. They had cars on the field and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Very reasonable fuel prices and overnight fees.

From Cole Loftus on 01-Oct-2007
I used the self-serve fuel pump, had to swipe my card twice to fill up the 310, as there's a $250 limit per transaction. Receipts did not print. Million Air counter people told me that the pumps do not belong to them, even though they're listed on AirNav under Million Air. They helped me get receipts faxed from the municipality, to whom the pumps belong. Next time, I know to buy fuel at Million Air, because I use their facilities, and the pumps are not theirs.

From Noel Parent on 14-Sep-2007
Look for a great fuel deal across 1-19 near the T-hangars at the self serve pump

From Norbert Vorstaedt on 27-Jun-2007
Great people and a great FBO. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Although we came in Cirrus and just needed some 16 gal of fuel, we were treated first class. They even gave us a ride to the hotel. Many thanks! We'll be back with some more room in the fuel tanks.

From John Langhorne on 25-Jun-2007
C-310 - We needed a car, some maintenance, directions, fuel, and a good base of operations. Million Air provided this. Fair fuel price; available snacks and beverages; flight planning facilities, etc. For the transient, this is an ideal place to overnight.

From Steve Hausmann on 16-May-2007
I fly to multiple FBOs in upstate NY and all over the east. Million Air is by far the best. The facility is clean, the staff helpful and courteous and the fuel is reasonably priced for a large airport. Thanks Million Air, keep it up!

Stopped at Million Air this past Saturday for a lunch stop in ALB. Excellent service treated my little Cherokee 140 well. Very nice FBO!

From Kevin Colson on 06-Sep-2006
At last a great FBO at Albany. Million Air has impressed me as the best FBO I have visited this year in our Beech Jet. Fair prices, good people, and great service.

From Dan Baier on 07-Jul-2006
A very nice facility - yesterday I was in quite a hurry to get in, do some quick work in downtown Albany and get out. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. In and out in about an hour and a half, with services. As an aside, there is free wireless in the building - a real plus as I was able to email some information to a client that didn't have to wait until I got back to the office.

From Art Tarlow on 11-Jun-2006
Another quick turn at KALB Million Air. Same desk person asked for "$30 or 30 gallons". Mentioned registering last time through to avoid future fees. "No, the fee is waived just the one time you register." But it wasn't waived; it was $20 last time. "Well, then it was reduced." Not worth an argument, still a great facility with very courteous linemen.

From Art Tarlow on 07-Jun-2006
June 6, 2006: Quick passenger pickup, no fuel purchase. Previous comment about good, friendly service is all true. Worth adding that Million Air's KALB facility is really beautiful inside and out and well equipped for wx and flight planning. Desk help said registering with Million Air avoids future $20 ramp fees. I did, will let you know if it works out.

From Reid Ashe on 19-May-2006
Best service I've received in a long time. When I diverted due to weather last week, I radioed Million Air no more than 10 to 15 minutes out, asking the helpful young lady to find me a rental car. When I taxied up in the rain, the car met me planeside and linemen held umbrellas while we exited. These people know what they're doing and act like they care. Highly recommended.

From Robb Cutting on 20-Mar-2006
Yea for Million Air. Flew my Seneca in to watch ecac hockey. The hotel shuttle didn't keep their commitment so Jane arranged for a lineman to take my party in. I flew them home sat am and returned for the afternoon game. Jane got the hotel shuttle there on time. Way to go. Reasonable fees and fuel. Great attention. By the way, my daughter really liked the bags of popcorn particularly the big one. Many thanks.

From Carlos Roca on 30-Nov-2005
Flew in last night with the winds blowing hard. The staff was very nice and helpful, Jaguar crew car was waiting for us. Did our business, returned the car, fueled, paid (landing fee of $38) and were on our way. Price of fuel was as advertised.

From Philip Cohen on 24-Nov-2005
Flew into ALB last month for a weekend. Parked at Million Air. Was going to keep the plane parked on the ramp for 2 nights ($20 ramp fee + $10 per night tiedown). Frost was forecast so the ramp personnel suggested keeping the plane in the hangar ($30 per night) which seemed like a better deal. Did refuel, no break on the fees though. Great service, people friendly. Would visit again if the need arises, but probably will shop around if staying overnight again.

From William Berger on 06-Nov-2005
Flying into KALB is relatively affordable and convenient again. Friendly service.

From J. Dwight Hadley on 26-Oct-2005
Since 10-1-05, excellent service, low fuel prices.
