Been in and out of West Star twice in the last week. Over the last couple of months the service has degraded. Today, I pulled up and no one was to be found around the office for 30 minutes. I finally called the call out cell phone posted on the door and it has been disconnected. I then called the second number and finally got a line service employee. The last two times no one has answered the radio when we've called. This led to extensive delays for our passengers due to rental cars not being ramp side or ready even with prearranged phone calls. We used to do Citation maintenance here on occasion, but if line service is this bad, how bad is the maintenance now? I'd recommend going elsewhere. Check out SUS or CPS for better service.

Worked out of ALN last week and the service at Premier was first rate. Premier is remodeling the building but this did not hinder the smiling faces and great service. Hangar space was available.
