  I told the gal (admittedly new) at the desk on Friday night past that I would be in at 6am the following morning to take off. She made sure I paid but neither offered me a gate code, early services or anything. (I checked with my upset passenger and she said I had made the early departure clear.) I and my passenger arrived on time to find the FBO and airport locked tight (opens at 7am) and each of my two phone messages saying "Emergency" have yet to be returned and this in now Sunday afternoon. Also, the gal told me I would be tied in partial shade and I was not in any shade at all. Full sun is no fun in AZ in the summer!!!!!!!!!!!! No bottled water!!! Finally launched at 7:45am. I will avoid this FBO at all costs.

  Long time tenant with a Cherokee here. Tucson Aeroservice is the FBO. They provide the highest level, of service ever. Twice Line Service has helped me out without any compensation. Once my auto had a dead battery and I got a jump, from a tug and a line guy helped me push my plane in the hangar just because he was driving by. Fuel truck is five minutes. Ron, Troy and the maintenance staff are great! Try em out!

  I have had very long and repeated experience with TAC as an FBO and a repair facility. Both are excellent. The line personnel: Wyatt, Roland and Tyler are always very helpful and pleasant even on ridiculously busy days or when weather outside is hot, windy, rainy, you name it, they are there without fail. Kaela at the front desk is personable and intelligent, ready to assist at all times with a smile. And Larry on the weekends always with a witty comment or observation. They are unique and welcome people. Lisa with Pima Aviation keeping a dizzying array of aircraft hangared and cared for. The number of times I've had an issue with my plane and maintenance has dropped everything on an obviously tight day and schedule is something to restore your faith in mankind. If that seems an exaggeration wait until you need immediate assistance and are helpless without it and get their immediate, consistent help and concern. They are the greatest.

  I called ahead to rent a car, planning to spend the night. Transient parking is far from the FBO but this is not obvious to the first time visitor. Signage could be better. Taxiways and parking areas are covered with FOD, mostly gravel. The FOD could be blown off now and then. In the FBO one young line guy and three young women were far back behind the counter talking about one's trip to Disney World. It took some effort to get their attention to cancel my rental after I decided to fly on to somewhere else for the night.

  Absolute top service even while they were swamped with dozens of Jets during a convention, the professionalism, care, and services provided were excellent!

  Great service as always. I come here 3 to 4 times a year. Each time I reserve a rental car with a short phone call. The tie down area is a 2 minute walk to the FBO so it is nice to drive the car right to the plane and unload. I love how easy it is to land, get self serve fuel, get a rental car and get the plane tied down. Thanks!

  Stopped in today in my C414 to drop a passenger and pick up some fuel; got one of the most hostile receptions I have ever received at an FBO. As I taxied onto their ramp, two linemen came running out and waved at me to turn around, go away, and park somewhere else (maybe at the tiedowns that are about a 15-minute walk from the FBO). I tried to raise them on the radio to explain that I was just dropping a passenger (and $200 on fuel) and would only be there 20 min. nobody answered. I then parked in front of the restaurant. When one of the linemen came up to me and I explained this to him, he asked why I didn't call them on the radio. Nobody chocked my airplane and there were no chocks around. As I paid my bill [they do take your money; that does not present a problem], the man at the desk did not make any effort of a true apology, and rather acted like this was normal business for them. If a paying customer is treated as being in these peoples' way, there is a simple solution...

  The food and prices at Marana are just wonderful. I was there again on 10/7/2015 and it all worked very well.

  Stopped in for gas and food and wound up with a maintenance problem. The folks at Tucson Aeroservice treated me like I had flown in on a G5 not a 140 and bent over backwards to get me on my way. I cannot say enough nice things about all of them from the line guy to the Director of maintenance.

  Marana is not competitive on fuel anymore. But, the food is still great.

  I changed up my routine for my regular fuel stop and made the mistake of stopping in Marana. No marshal when we parked, so we decided to park behind a Westwind that was sitting on the ramp for our quick turn. After entering the FBO, the line dude looked down his nose and glasses at us without even a resemblance of acknowledgement. The young lady at the desk was nice enough and took our fuel order. While filing a flight plan on the Commodore 64 in the planning room, the line dude finally spoke to us to tell us that the Westwind was leaving and that we might want to move our plane. So, we postponed our planning session and I pushed our A36 (by myself) back to what would have surely been an acceptable distance. I searched for some wheel chocks to no avail. I finally asked the line dude, who was nestled comfortably inside for a set of chocks and he obliged. I think I'll scratch this stop off of my list...
