Diverted to KBED due to ceilings below minimum at my intended destination (6B6, Stow, MA, where the fuel is much less expensive). Even though we arrived unannounced, we were met and parked quickly by a linesman. Service is satisfactory but not exemplary as one might expect from the high fuel price, although we did not require a rental car or other services as with previous reviewers. Plane was fueled when requested. Paid $12/night for parking (Mooney) and the first night's fee was not waived with the fuel purchase.

Jet Aviation line service SUCKS!! One day I ordered a pullout and fuel for the next morning. One hour later, trip was cancelled. I called the FBO to cancel my order for the next morning. At 11am, I got a call from a friend of mine saying the airplane was sitting out ready to go. They went ahead and fueled it anyway!! 5000 extra pounds sitting on the tires with nowhere to go! Today, I ordered a topoff. 30 minutes later, 5 line guys are sitting in their office and I have no fuel. This caused me to miss a flow control slot to KIAD which resulted in another delay for us!! These guys have no clue as to what customer service it all about!!

Terrible experience. Flew in on 2.26.07. Only stayed a few hours and requested a quart of turbo oil, plus a ladder and funnel 40 minutes prior to departure. Despite asking repeatedly, and even speaking with the manager, I was never brought a ladder or funnel and ended up taxing to another FBO. Thanks, Jet.

Visited Jet Aviation on 9/12/06 in a King Air. Jet-A was $5.30 per gallon for a 200-gallon purchase. That included a .10-cent per gallon discount for using an Avcard. $24 Ramp fee. The facility is up to date and very customer friendly. WSI weather. Line guys and CSRs filled all requests in a timely manner. Overall a great experience.

Arrived at KBED Jet Center on April 19/06 in a PC12. When I first called in the ramp agent on the radio was very helpful and I was looking forward to some excellent service. When we cleared customs and taxied over I called again to get the limo to the aircraft. I was re-assured all was taken care of. When we pulled in there was a ramp guy but no car, when I asked him where it was he said they forgot to tell him to pull in. The one ramp agent we had was very helpful and friendly. We were parked a ways out and we had to carry the bags to the car about 500 feet or so. In that distance I passed 3 rampies sitting down talking and watching me carry about 5 bags plus the other rampie was overloaded with bags. There was one other aircraft sitting on the ramp and it was done for the night. Customer service staff was helpful and were organized and took care of our catering and shuttle for us. LOW: Apathetic rampies.Great customs experience in and out of customs in 5 minutes.

Some friends and I keep an SR20 in a T-hangar near Jet. Every day or two we call the line guys for a miserable 10 gallons of 100LL and help pushing the plane back up an icy sloped ramp and into the hangar. It will often be dark and 10 degrees F outside. The line guys have never complained, even on a few occasions when we've asked for help and not bought fuel. One time they ever brought over a little tug. Another time our tires were low and a Jet staff member went out to his car and got his personal tire gauge to help us top off the tires accurately. The girls behind the counter ARE friendly; you just need to show up with a dog!
