It's great to find an FBO that wants your business and makes you feel at home. Classic is a first class outfit that reminds me of how FBO's used to be. It's like a family run business, friendly and comfortable. Got a crew car to stay overnight. They have a deal with the Hampton Inn that helps. Stop here one your XC, they will take care of you.

On Aug 30, my wife, dogs, and I stopped at KBFF on our flight across the country. We landed here as they had the best Avgas price along our route. We selected Classic FBO, 1 of 3 FBO's on the field, because of the good reviews. Even though their fuel was a bit more than the others, I am willing to pay for good service, and they did not disappoint. From being marshaled onto their ramp, to departure the following morning (we spent the night due to poor weather), the staff's friendliness and professionalism were on full display. They greeted us with warm smiles, clean restrooms, cool water, quick refueling, their last quart of Aeroshell 100W, and access to their courtesy van for use overnight - they provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations. It's clear that Classic takes immense pride in providing top-notch service. For anyone flying through Scottsbluff, the Classic FBO is a shining example of excellence in customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

My 35 years of GA flying have led me down the sad road of expecting less and less of FBOs. Classic has renewed my hope that some worth writing about are still out there. Great line service, very pleasant staff and management, excellent overnight rate for a heated hangar. I will go out of my way to stop here again when my travels take me anywhere nearby.

We stopped at Classic Air today to get fuel. This new FBO is great. They are super friendly and have awesome customer service. They have great fuel prices, good equipment and nice facilities. They definitely aim to please. Thanks guys for the quick service with a smile!
