Kyle, Sarah & Justin provided excellent service. Even though we only purchased 20 gal for C182, the staff enthusiastically arranged hotels and the use of their crew car. Highly recommended for fuel and service.

Continued Exceptional treatment from line and office personnel. New facility is very nice with all the goodies. Crew car was very much appreciated. Only regret was that it was a brief stop.

Came in the afternoon in a Premier. Staff was on the spot, multiple line staff to assist in all our needs, front desk very helpful, cookies and drinks, crew car for as long as we wanted, maps to restaurants/entertainment. Offered to hangar the plane for the few hours we were there for free. No fees this time, but maybe later (but I would gladly pay for this service!).

I flew into Epic Jet Center in my Mits. Marquee and was surprised to find them still open at 10:00 at night. The line guys Peter and Kyle marshaled me to a parking area. They chocked me and were there to lay down a carpet near my door. They were extremely helpful and kind despite how much baggage I had. They did their job without making me feel overwhelmed. Peter and Kyle were prompt and smart and seemed like they had a wealth of knowledge in their line of work. These are the kind of line guys every FBO needs!

A++ Service and beautiful facility. Epic Jet center parked our King Air B200 up front and began fueling immediately. Denise and staff are accommodating and friendly. They provided us with a crew car, fresh coffee, and a great pilots lounge. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!!

Fantastic!!! They treated our P210 like heavy iron for an overnight. Welcome beverage of our choice on a 95-degree day. Called ahead; Denise made great hotel reservation at good price. Windshield washed and more. They spoiled me!

Amazing service. Thank you Denise and crew. Opened up at 5AM to allow us to depart on time, the plane was fueled and ready to go. Treated our Archer like a Gulfstream. They still are in the temporary location off A2, but their future site will be huge. Definitely worth a stop, much better than the other FBOs on the field.

Great service and low priced, full service fuel. Brandon and Denise were friendly and helpful. The temporary buildings are a little hard to find, sandwiched between the international ramp and the WWII hangar.

I stopped there for fuel on my way to and from Phoenix and the Bay area. Their service was fantastic! They currently have a small temporary office as they are building the full-sized FBO. I highly recommend stopping at Epic in BFL.
