We recently stopped at Bainbridge on a trip to and from the Bahamas. Came in after hours and they left us the key to the courtesy car overnight. Runways were good; facilities are first class with after hour’s access by keypad. Full serve fuel was some of the cheapest in the country. I will definitely fly a little out of the way for this place.

Stopped by for low priced fuel. FBO provided courtesy car for trip to town for dinner. Great Service, Great Prices!

Bainbridge now has an 18-hole golf course across the street from the FBO. The manager told me that pilots could use the rental golf clubs for FREE.

Ex USAF training base, the last military home of my T-6 SS fuel is at far West end of North ramp. Rest rooms were available in a "crew room" that was unattended near SS facility. Card reader is a few feet from the pumps under a roof overhang.

New FBO facility (very nice) and good service from the attendant. Weather and computer services available. Fuel as advertised at $3.57 for either self or full service. Tie downs a bit short for high wing aircraft.

Great price still, same as advertised online. Credit card machine is finicky, so use full service (same price!) if you can. Would have loved to stay for a bite if there was a restaurant.

Great people, Great fuel prices.. Flew in last Thursday @ 8:30pm, New Terminal was closed but Pilot's lounge accessible using Unicom as code. Called after hours # and Tony & his daughter, came out and gave us the keys to one of the courtesy cars.. Next AM Jack refueled the plane and we were on our way.... Thanks to Tony for service above and beyond.. We will be back.. Note: runway 14/32 is closed.

Stopped at self-serve pump on west side of field after hours. Pump shuts off if you release fuel nozzle - it took 4 transactions to nearly fill my tanks. It was aggravating, as a storm was approaching. Glad I had a second person to help out. I hope they fix this. There is an after-hours bathroom near pump. Nice touch.

Great service and prices. Today I fueled up my Commander at the advertised price, I got the self-serve price but they fueled me up from the truck. Great new building. $1.68 per gallon less than Albany GA to the North and $1.42 less than Tallahassee to the South. We need to support these kind of folks.

Best 100LL price in the area!! Full service only but staff was accommodating & quick. Very nice facility. It was nice to see the old military training base once again.

I stopped into this facility on 3-3-07 as an unplanned fuel stop. I initially started to taxi to the AG school ramp, but the attendant called me on the radio and directed me to the main building. I was unaware of the fuel price since this was not a planned stop, so when the guy told me the price for 100LL, I asked if he could fill the cabin as well! It seemed like a sleepy airport, but I was treated well and offered any help I needed. My experience was excellent, and I hope they remain competitive on their fuel prices.

The main terminal, with the gas trucks is to the LEFT as you exit the runway. The flight school is to the right and has no fuel. I parked at the flight school and they treated me well and called the fuel truck. My treatment was better than I expected considering what I read on this list.

ATTENTION - AFTER HOUR JET FUEL USERS - The self-service JET-A on the west end of the field will normally be configured with the single point fuel nozzle. If you require over wing and want self serve after hours - call ahead and request the over wing nozzle be put on. If you don't want to use the self-serve after hours, call ahead and make arrangements for an attendant. Remember Self-Serve and Full Serve is SAME PRICE

To explain the attitude at Bainbridge it is important to understand that the County owns it and these are Government employees, they are not owners as we sometimes see at smaller airports down south. You will get the same attention or lack there of as you get at the bigger FBO's that are staffed by employees, not actual owners.

This is a nice airport and a nice FBO. But...There is also a real sense of apathy and indifference re: customers. The ramp is huge and usually empty, with no painted areas indicating tie down places, so it's a guessing game as you approach. I landed about 5 mins ahead of a rain shower. A guy hurriedly waved me into a spot on the ramp, turned, and ran for the bldg. As I suspected, I was about 6' from the tie down so my wife and I repositioned the airplane, tied it down, and unloaded bags...In the rain as the FBO guy watched from a large window inside the FBO. I used my own chocks and was later told they were next to the FBO bldg, and not easily visible from the ramp area. They'll fuel your plane and that's about IT! No help with anything else so plan on that. It is NOT a friendly people operation that most of us are accustomed to. Zero customer acumen. If ya' don't care then it's no big deal.

Great experience -- we called ahead since we were arriving late Saturday and Terry left the courtesy car keys for us in the pilot's lounge of the spanking new terminal located mid-field. Early Sunday morning he was there to fill us up (same price as self service). There were clouds of gnats around, but Terry informed us they don't usually bite! Downtown Bainbridge is quite picturesque with some well-preserved mansions and trees draped in Spanish moss.

Have you ever been around a lazy sheep dog? This FBO is about like the lazy sheep dog, real friendly when you wake him up, but otherwise useless. They did fuel my airplane in a timely fashion, however, the computer is on some sort of dial up, and they have never heard of a chart. The new building is outstanding, and the fuel price is beter than average, so all in all, I give this FBO a grade of B-

Outstanding service!! Had to divert to Bainbridge due to fog in Tallahassee and I will now stop there whenever I can. New FBO very nice, staff goes out of their way to help you. Jet A, best price I have seen. We travel quite often to southern Florida and will now make our fuel stop in Bainbridge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took a trip down there today. Very friendly on the radio. Directed me to the pumps. Unfortunately, it looked as if the FBO was close. The building was locked. When I taxied to leave, I saw the nice new terminal in the center of the field. Look carefully.

On my recent trip (March 13th) with my wife and myself we stopped by for advertised $2.98/gal. Price was as advertised but the self serve set up was horrible. I have a twin and the card reader and pump are twenty to 30 paces apart and the equipment timed out on me 3Xs in the process. If it had not been for one of the local pilots nearby to help me I'm not sure I still wouldn't be there. It was very unsatisfactory....The FBO guy stopped by after it was all done and was essentially useless. It has got be bad for me to take the time to write this. I scheduled aroud Brainbridge on the way home....Won't be back until that situation is fixed.

Stopped yesterday for fuel and despite the $2.96 per gallon guarantee still showing on the AirNav web site today they charged me $3.65 per gallon. When I called about 10 minutes out someone answered and told me price had gone up that morning. No one was in the building, but you could get into a restroom.

This thank you is bit late (14 mo.) but on the way to the Bahamas last year we chose Bainbridge as a fuel and overnight because of needing to visit Chattahoochee the next day. We got there 15 min after the FBO closed. The self serve pump was broke. Called the number on the door. They hustled right out, topped us, took us to town, picked us up the next morning, loaned us a super clean police cruiser crew car to drive 35 mi away for 3 hrs. Don and Greg were just wonderful. Highly recommended.
