Dropped by in a G-VII and had a minor maintenance issue. The maintenance folks basically dropped everything to help get us up and running again. The FBO staff were a real pleasure to work with, extremely accommodating. If we visit KBIS again, we'll certainly be parking with Executive Air Taxi.

Darcie was so helpful on our initial phone call and she secured our rental car for when we arrived. Then when we landed, line crew were so impressive. Drew the Flightline Manager really knows how to inspire his crew. Taylor helped us so much by making us aware that some weather that evening was possible and that they did have hangar space available to rent. We really appreciated how proactive he was. He physically ran to marshal us in and to open the airport gate for us. Taylor is a great asset to this FBO. Inside at the front counter, Darcie and Kim both really helped us. We stopped here before at this excellent FBO and we sure will plan to return.

Great People, they did some maintenance and had a little hiccup, called and they readily agreed to adjust the bill. Doesn't get better than that.

The line crew guys here are excellent. Robi is so genuinely friendly, ambitious and positive. Mike is great too. The inside Jessica is wonderful. Her smile and her help make this FBO so welcoming. Really good service all round and lovely facility.
