Already high fees have gone up almost 100% in the past 18 months. Minimum fuel to waive handling charge is impossible to meet in a VLJ unless you coast it in. AVOID!!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!! Use BED, OWD or BVY. Arrived at Signature BOS at 2030 with every intention of taking fuel and staying 3 days. The next morning the owners plans changed and we needed to pick him up at a nearby airport. Planned on paying a ramp fee, but was charged $1312.00 for sitting on the ramp for a few hours!!!!! The line manager had no authority to help!!! Sounding more and more like the old Butler they use to be!!! Will not be back!!

Great FBO and great controllers. Flew in for a day of meetings in a tiny single engine cirrus. Very easy in/out and no problem getting clearance. Convenience to Boston just cannot be beat. It's expensive. What do you expect? If you don't want to pay for the convenience, don't. Will come in again anytime

Beautiful FBO, but the fees are outrageous even by Class B airports (and I've been to quite a few of those). The total charge for my one-hour stay there with the Bonanza was $268, without any fuel purchase. I realize most of that goes to MassPort, not Signature, but it still hurts my wallet. This is also the only airport I can remember where an FBO employee yelled at me - for what, you wonder? For taking a picture of my Bonanza on the ramp. Not allowed here, he said.

While we are encouraged to learn that efforts were made to protect the safety and security of our customer's assets by observing the "see something, say something" campaign, we are also regretful to learn that the context of your interaction was adversely received. In these modern day times at a major international airport, we take tremendous pride in monitoring the safety and security of our customer's assets under our care and custody, and our vigilance to meet this responsibility is not intended to be offensive. We are grateful for your feedback and will socialize internally to insure that the integrity of our safety and security programs are engaged with utmost professionalism."
