Two visits improperly fueled both times. Told line workers, desk attendant, and specifically wrote "to tabs" on fueling instructions, but got topped off both times. Be aware, I believe they do it on purpose to sell more fuel. Was only offered a $0.50/gal discount for the 40 gallons of fuel I didn't order. Next time I will demand they take it out.

Response from Mike Mancuso, General Manager, Signature Flight Support KCHO
We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for the error made by our staff. I will contact you directly regarding correcting your invoice, and we look forward to welcoming you back to CHO.

Arrived in jet for the UVA/Duke game. The airport/FBO ramp were packed, all available space had parked aircraft, including the taxi lanes on the ramp. Signature was fully prepared for the crowd! Plenty of competent staff, equipment, fuel, deice (the next morning) and crew cars. If they could handle this onslaught, they should be really good on a normal day. Thanks to all the staff (ATC included) for a job well done!

This was the most positive Signature experience to date for me. Prices are posted on the Website and they are reasonable. The 100LL fuel price on the weekend with the discount was cheaper than my home field so I topped off which waived the $29 handling fee for my C172. I chatted with GM Mike Mancuso who's a great guy and runs a clean operation there. It was homecoming weekend at UVA and it was busy. But they treated my 172 like a Jet and I took advantage of their nice facility.

Same old Signature crap- wish we had more options. I hate Signature Flight UN-Support.

Not a terrible experience. Called midweek prior to arrival to confirm a rental. CSR was efficient and friendly. Told her arrival depended on weather and would reconfirm Sat or Sun. Called Sun afternoon and checked for rental. CSR (unknown if different girl) took all my information again and said it'd be ready. Arrived that Mon at expected time. Ramper marshaled me in, agent took my CC and my g/f went out to the waiting car. Only thing I would have liked is if they had pulled the car up to the plane, as some FBO's do. I asked for fuel and he brought the truck right out. I stay with the plane while they fuel and this was one of the more professional fuelers. He had a mat for the leading edge and kept the hose away. Perfect job, $5 tip. Came back next day for scheduled departure, but got iced in. Took the keys back and stayed in town another day. I was only charged fuel. $25 fee waived with the fuel, a couple incidental fees that were less than $5. No overnight fees for me.

Flew in on 07JAN18 in a Mooney Acclaim Type S. Treated very well and had the plane put in their heated hangar for 2 nights due to a snow/ice storm. Plane was pulled out the next morning for the departure. Everything worked smoothly. They gave me a ride to the terminal to pickup/return my rental car. Will return. Thanks.

I was at this Signature over the weekend; perhaps that was the problem? The front desk staff needs to be replaced. The linemen were okay...If you could find them. Frankly, if I have a choice, I avoid CHO since this FBO is a monopoly.

Check the triple fees collected by Signature Flight Support: Landing, Infrastructure and Security. Landing fee is waved with 7.5 gal fuel purchase.
