Stayed at KCRE from April 28 to May 5, 2018. I discovered my 24-volt battery was drained and needed recharging- left a dome light on for 5 days. One of the FBO ground crew members, Jim Church, came to my rescue. He spent about 30 minutes on the phone locating someone who had a 24 volt trickle charger, delivered my battery to that individual on his way home from work for overnight charging, brought it back to KCRE the next day even though it was his day off. He wouldn't accept any payment for doing all this on his personal time. He said it was just his way of keeping his customers happy. Very impressed with the services and friendliness of not only Jim, but also all the other FBO staff I dealt with. Been to KCRE 3 times, and never disappointed with the service. Highly recommended!

Flew into KCRE both northbound to escape Irma and back south. Stopped at KCRE and was handled by Beach Aviation Services. Clean facility and efficient fueling at reasonable cost. Good experience both ways.

Returned after a four day stay to find the airplane battery dead. My fault - I left an interior light switch on. The entire staff was extremely helpful and went "above and beyond" in order to get me started and on my way home. Can't say enough about the service provided.

Flew in from RDU with parents and wife for some North Myrtle seafood on Memorial Day. As soon as I landed the follow me car was waiting for me before I can retract my flaps. Purchased fuel and the $12 fee was waived. Courtesy car was given and the vehicle was modern, not ran down. Thumbs up. Will be back for all my trips in the Myrtle area. Almost forgot, lineman even helped me put the weather cover on my arrow.

The staff at KCRE has always gone above and beyond to offer help, assistance, and a crew car. I found myself stranded there last weekend with a bad alternator and wound up spending the night nearby. The staff helped me find an awesome mechanic and I spent most of the next day, Sunday, watching the ramp staff working and they hustled all day long in terrible heat. They had a significant amount of traffic come in, mostly jets, and they took care of the piston guys with the same care and attention the big guys got. KCRE is always my destination of choice down there.

Just visited KCRE and Beach Aviation for the first time this past week for a few days at the beach. They did an outstanding job. Very courteous and helpful staff. Arrived early on a Sunday, they brought the rental car right to the airplane on arrival, helped me load the luggage, paperwork was all done and ready to go. When we returned 3 days later, the airplane was fueled (very reasonable full service price for 100LL as requested and ready to pre-flight. All in all a first class experience. Felt like I was flying a G-550 instead of a single engine Cessna!
