Nice airport. Very friendly staff. Really good people. Comfortable (though small) facilities. Good fuel prices. Runway 4 is uphill (runway 22 is downhill).

I fly to CVK almost every other weekend to pick up my kids (weather permitting) the staff is always friendly, and helpful. They even let me borrow their car to pick the kids up if needed. Great little airport.

The fuel price says it all. I just paid 5.50 / gal for Jet A. The staff if friendly and helpful if you happen to see them. Not a lot here, but they've recently added satellite TV, and there is an honor bar for drinks and snacks. Don't be surprised if you are greeted by the airport dog. She's very friendly and loves getting her belly rubbed. Great little stop.

Flew a corporate flight into CVK. Nice runway... Quite an upslope runway 4. Data indicates a 48-foot difference between runway 4/22 thresholds. Most of the slope takes place in the middle or the runway so it is more pronounced than if the slope took place over the length of the runway. Needed Jet A before departure. Self serve works. The pump printed a receipt. Nice airport.
