Small airport. No frills. Good gas prices. Door code to pilot lounge says "emergency frequency". It's actually 125. 125.1 will NOT work. Pilot lounge and bathroom clean but minimalist- table and 3 chairs plus a love seat couch. No vending machines or anything. On the plus side Heiden Brothers Aerial Spraying provides one of THE nicest crew cars ever. Never new low mileage super clean. And Kudos to the city staff who answered when I called the "if you need help" number on the door when I arrived to find my battery dead after a 4 day stay. Ed came out and let me pull my plane into the hangar out of the wind and cold and retrieved a battery charger for me to recharge the battery. Dead battery only delayed my departure by an hour. I was certain it was going take much longer than that to get this fixed. Thanks guys!
