First rate FBO. Newly remodeled and nice. Cheap gas and tiedown. Easy in and out. I will go back.

From Ed Vorbach on 03-Oct-2009
Flew in Sept 20th and stayed for a week. Rental car was waiting for me - line crew was Johnny on the spot - helpful, friendly, clean - nice facilities and overall great FBO. Waived 1st night of tie down with fill up otherwise $10 a day. Good airport to go to if you have business in the Baltimore area. I will go there again.

On a long cross-country coast-to-coast trip, we arrived at DMW on 8/2/09. As usual, excellent service, second to none, was provided. The facilities are excellent and the SS fuel system, with reasonable fuel price, worked flawlessly. A very good experience. Thanks.

I was under much pressure to get a corporate flight out early today. Rick, Jeff and Dave made the extra effort to assist our flight department in making it happen. Thanks again.

Best customer service ever! Rick and Jeff couldn't do enough to make our visit through the area pleasant. Thank you!!

I have been flying corporate for many years out of KDMW. Not only has Skytech gone above and beyond at KDMW, many other FBO's could learn a lesson or two on how to run an airport. Skytech caters to corporate operations as well as the little guy. Please stop by and say hello to a staff that will give you %110. Thanks Tan, Tony, Jen, Liz, Jackie, Dave, Jeff and Anthony for great service. Keep up the good work!

Flying many different aircraft as a corporate pilot going into many different fields, Skytech at DMW is by far the best FBO providing the best service one could ever need. A knowledgeable, helpful, outgoing, friendly staff has set the new standards and an example of how a FBO should be run and it's done so enthusiastically and with a smile. And yes, I know I can't spell.

This is an absolutely great operation! I arrived 0n 6/9/09 about sixty seconds ahead of a line of level five and six thunderstorms. As I taxied in Jen, the CSR at the desk, radioed to ask if I'd want a hangar for the night. Considering the weather I jumped at the offer. Line got the hangar door opened and, with buckets of rain blowing in every direction, had me taxi straight into the hangar. Anthony, Tony and Jeff helped me unload; one of them went to the office to get my rental car and drove that into the hangar. We then drove to the hangar attached to the office to sign in. With Mother Nature doing her worst, we never got a drop of rain on us. Aircraft was ready and fueled in the morning. The smiles and positive attitude were a real "upper". An eleven on a scale of one to ten. Full serve fuel at DMW - $4.55 First class hangar - $85.00... That level of service - PRICELESS!

I arrived Apr 27, 09 from FL for a week stay. I am pleased to report that the experience this time was great! Everyone provided excellent service. The terminal office/pilot service areas were beautifully renovated. Computers and phones are available. The SS fuel system is operational and the price is competitive. I've been flying into DMW since 1960, (a 2200 ft grass strip). It has been interesting to see the changes over the years. THANKS A MILLION!!

This is one "top drawer act!" Called them AM of arrival date and asked them to arrange a car and two rooms for the night. Car was taken to planeside and price was excellent. Best Western Hotel was fine and rate lower than the lowest I could find on the Internet. Wireless Internet and all the hoped for facilities for WX etc. Here, comfortable to use and smiling faces. Plane rather large to maneuver at Self Fuel pump, they said, so their tug came to reposition for taxi outwards. Self-fueling was almost all done by line crew of two...But I had to use my credit card! (Oh well) This is corporate aircraft support at its best and helps make business aviation the tool that it is. No parking charge or ramp fee.

Excellent FBO with outstanding service! Flew into DMW the end of January in my Grumman Tiger. Skytech arranged to have a car for me before I arrived and even with the snow coming down was waiting on the ramp to meet me and transport my bags to the car. During my stay an ice storm hit and they went out of their way to make sure my aircraft was cleaned off and able to get out of its tiedown space before I got to the airport to depart. I highly recommend Skytech to anyone flying into the Baltimore area. It is located outside the ADIZ. $10 a night parking, first night waived with fuel purchase.

I'm very impressed with Skytech. Since taking over at KDMW, they're turning the airport into a world-class facility. The people are very friendly and helpful and the line service is outstanding. On several occasions they've heard my radio call from 10 miles out and had the fuel truck waiting for me when I arrived.

From James Rollison on 25-Oct-2008
Stopped there in several WWII bombers, Anthony and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great stop just outside of the DC area.

From Peter Moncure on 29-Sep-2008
Flew into DMW this afternoon to refuel and fill my O2 bottle (no dice on the O2). They were prompt, marshaled me efficiently, showed me where the full service and self service fuel was, pointed me to Tina's cafe down the street (get the cheese steak), all exactly as advertised except they had no idea about the Oxygen, must have been the previous FBO maybe? Lots of room on the ramp, no fees. If you use SS fuel, it's almost a one-way street to get there, on the NE end of the ramp around the back of the hangars. Many jets in and out while I was there, but my Cardinal was treated just the same, thanks folks.

From Harry Bladow on 16-Aug-2008
Skytech of Baltimore MD has taken over the fuel sales and line service at DMW. The phone number (410) 57-4144 is a long distance call from Westiminster, MD. And they do not answer the phone. One must leave a message. I tried to call to verify that SS fuel system was working at Carrol County airport, Westminster, but could not get the info. There is no phone available in the flight planing room to close a flight plan or get an oral WX brief from FSS. Very inconvenient. Not a pleasant experience.

Response from Anthony Sammartino, Operations Manager, Skytech, Inc
We at Skytech are committed to providing the best service and support possible. While we are new at the Carroll County airport, and are still striving to improve the operations here every day, we take all criticisms very seriously and assume full responsibility for any shortcomings. We will continue to make strides to make the experience of coming to Westminster more convenient, economical, and enjoyable. We encourage all who use AirNav.com to continue to post their opinions and observations, as well as visit us personally so we can work together to improve the Skytech Advantage! We thank all of you in advance for the opportunity to provide the service and support of which we are certain we are capable, and you, our guest, deserve!
