Overnight in Cheyenne III. Friendly folks had my pax's rental standing by at 0800. Gave me the crew car for the night! 5 min on the phone with Sid is all it took. Recommend Hampton Inn and Long Horn Steak House. Nice stop!

The business and phone number at KEET have changed. The new number is 205-670-6359; the old number will get you the Bessemer Airport. The FBO is currently being remodeled, however services will not be interrupted.

Stopped at Shelby County for a brief dinner with friends, and the staff and service from Shelby Air made the visit even more comfortable. While I was departing in the early evening, they offered to stay late if needed to use their pilot lounge. Very accommodating environment,

The crew at Shelby Air are friendly and efficient. The airport is of a convenient size so as to allow bringing the rental car out next to the plane to unload/load cargo.

I stopped by Shelby Air on a cross country from DFW area to Hilton Head, SC. I parked my C182 and as I was getting out, a linesman came up and apologized for not getting out sooner but said he was caught on the phone. Still very responsive, offered me a crew car, which I accepted and drove into town for lunch. Ate at Golden Rule BBQ, which I highly recommend. The plane was all gassed up and ready to go when I got back. Very enjoyable stop, which I wouldn't hesitate to use again when in the area.

The people at Shelby Air were very nice the second I landed. A linesman came out and parked the airplane and everyone inside asked if needed anything. The fuel is quite reasonably priced and my rental car from Enterprise was waiting for me at 8:00am in the morning. I will try to stop by again whenever I'm in the area because this FBO definitely has their act together.

Very friendly people. Got stuck in town by bad weather for a day and half. They gave me a loaner car for free to drive to a nearby hotel. I will definitely stop by again when I'm passing through.

I flew in here for a dinner meeting on 8/7/05. Nice FBO, friendly staff -- they made it possible for me to access my aircraft for departure after business hours. I'll stop here again.
