Sunday 7/10 arrival to 120F ramp. Lineman waved me in, chocked the Baron, and went inside leaving me to baggage and covering the plane. Lady inside was great. Took my fuel order and departure time and said she would still give me the weekend rate even though they would wait to fuel Monday night due to the heat. Filed Monday evening for the 6am departure. Showed up at 5am Tuesday morning to find the claimed 24hr facility locked and dark. Called four times before someone finally let me in. No joy on the fueling. The lineman wanted to move the Baron but then said he did not know how. Went inside to pay the bill but the lineman did not know how to do that either. Took a copy of my card and said I would get the bill by email. Wrote a private note to the manager but never heard back. Never got the bill. Not what I expected if Signature wants us to pay almost $9/gal claiming the higher price is for the great service. Will not go back.
