Big thanks to Atlantic ELM, we flew in for the weekend kinda last minute, rental promptly delivered, had a great time in Corning except when I left my credit card at one of the restaurants and realized it when I wanted to pay for my fuel the next day CSR Jacqueline was incredibly helpful in trying to figure out which restaurant it was and offered to drive by and retrieve my card the next day. Very thoughtful and caring, she took all my contacts info in case she finds it, wow. And also big kudos to the line staff, they saw I untied my Skywagon and did my preflight and there was a Gulfstream firing up next to me so they took it upon themselves to park the Jet-A truck so to shield my plane and when the Gulfstream taxied away the held on to my wings out of abundance of precaution. Absolutely first rate service even for the little guy. My big big thanx to them all. The restaurant found my card and mailed it back. One less thing to worry over. Looking forward to a return trip.
