Stopped in for Customs at ERI. While taxiing out for departure the right main on the Malibu went flat. Tire fine but the tube was shot. Guys at North Coast shot out quickly and moved the plane to their ramp. After a couple phone calls they located a tube for me (after 7 pm). Loaned me some jacks and the hand tools I needed to get back in the air. Thanks

The people at North Coast Air are fantastic. They are the nicest people who give you excellent care. I called them a day before and told them I was renting a car. When I landed, they met me at the plane with the car! They were great about tying down the airplane for one night when thunderstorms were forecast. I called the next day and they were happy to untie the airplane. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful crew!
