Flew in to meet family for an afternoon. As soon as we landed a voice came over the frequency and directed us to the parking at Easton Jet Service. They were friendly and helpful even after finding out we didn't need any services other than a parking spot. Very nice lounge area and furniture. When it was time to leave, the lineman took time to wish us a nice flight even though he was preparing to park an arriving Citation. Nice folks.

I was diverted to ESN due to thunderstorms on my route. Even though I arrived a few minutes after closing John at Eastern Jet went out of his way to accommodate me and help me secure a Motel and transportation for the night. I topped off with 100LL the next morning at a good price with no tie down or overnight fees. I will definitely stop back again.

Maybe it's just me, but last week when I called for information about flying in aboard a Cherokee Arrow for my CFI checkride they didn't seem too excited about hosting a prop driver. Then I found out they close at 7 and will charge $45 to stay late. How ridiculous! Who closes at 7? I decided to go to the other FBO and I was greatly satisfied with my choice. Here's something many FBOs like this forget: a prop pilot can spread bad publicity just as much as a jet pilot, so don't scorn us because we buy the blue stuff instead of kerosene!

Stopped here for a long weekend. No parking fee, competitive fuel and very helpful personnel who had the rental car waiting as I taxied in. One word of advise. Booking Enterprise cars on the web is MUCH (>50%) cheaper than same day rental at the airport. FBO said to make my own reservations as they didn't benefit by the rental, but did arrange it for me. Next time I'll definately pre-book. BTW, terminal restaurant still has great food

Flew in from Wisconsin in my Baron. Excellent service: John was out and waiting for me to taxi in. Great help with a rental car and luggage, as well as handling the plane. Highly recommended- superior customer service.

Excellent, can-do service. We had 6 heavy and several mid-size aircraft arrive and depart over several days. The ramp was a little tight but they handled everything fine. Allow more time for larger fuel loads. The fuel truck is slow. Double-check Enterprise rental car has the right car you reserved. Tidewater Inn very nice and located in interesting area, but air conditioning not that great. Holiday Inn Express is near airport and a Hampton Inn is being built.
