We spent two days in West Bend. The staff here was very friendly. I would suggest this FBO to anyone who like great service. Our rental car was waiting for us when we got off the plane. The building is nice and clean. A++

Our company prefers West Bend Air to Signature at MKE. We fly 2 King Airs into ETB every month or so. They always treat us like family. I would give this FBO a 5 star rating out of five for service. The Line manager is a great guy! A+++ Front desk gals are the best! The FBO is very clean and modern. We have never had a problem with this FBO and we go many places. I would put them on the top of my list for smaller airports. Lot better than MKE! Rental cars are always there waiting for us. I can go on all day. Immediately met by a lineman upon shutting down, helped push the plane back. Prompt fueling the following day. Nice facility, but no phone for pilot use (briefings, etc.). Highly recommended!
